Cancellation Policy

Once a booking has been confirmed by Soul Suites, should you wish to cancel your booking, any request for cancellation must be made by contacting Soul Suites’s Bookings team during office hours and confirmed by email within 48 hours of the verbal request.

Requests for cancellations must be made directly to Soul Suites’s Bookings. Any cancellation or change notified to other than Soul Suites will not be effective. Bookings not changed or cancelled through Soul Suites will be subject to a 100% charge.

All cancellations must be confirmed by email. Cancellation charges will be applied in relation to the notice period between notification of cancellation and the date of stay at each apartment within a booking.

Transaction fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations may be made up to 14 days prior to the commencement of the occupancy period for a refund of any payments made less any administration charges. Cancellations made within 14 days to the commencement of the occupancy period will forfeit the booking fee.

Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.

If you wish to cancel or change an extended booking, you will be liable to pay the total charges for the extended period in accordance with booking rates at the time. These charges apply to notification advised prior to arrival and/or during your stay.

Soul Suites reserves the right to treat an early departure or reduction in the number of nights or apartments booked which results in a reduction in the overall charges payable as a cancellation.

Soul Suites does not expect to have to make any changes to your booking. However occasionally bookings have to be changed or cancelled or errors in information or other details corrected. Soul Suites reserves the right to do so. If this does happen, Soul Suites will contact you by telephone or email where reasonably possible to explain what has happened and inform you of the cancellation or change.

Once the customer has cancelled their reservation with soul suites, if the refund is in line with the terms and conditions mentioned above the refund will be processed into the customers bank account via neft within 7 workings days from the date of cancellation. 

Private Policy

Soul Suites uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. Except for the disclosures required by law in each jurisdiction and the name, email address and details of credit card needed to complete the booking, Soul Suites Serviced Apartments shall not disclose your personal information to third parties. However, we reserve the right to disclose the data to our affiliates (within and outside India), the employees of these companies and our agents and representatives of confidence who can access this information with our permission and need to know or have access to it to provide our service (including customer services and internal services such as auditing or regulatory compliance).
